| Has been a mix of direct clients and London agencies. Projects have been wide ranging: From IA essentials (site maps, walkthroughs, personas, wireframes, functionality requirements, etc) to brand storytelling and consulting on social networks. Much of my work has involved developing IA for client-side applications, flakes, mash-up tools, web services and other widgets. With the demand for increased accountability, UX and IA processes now play a valuable role in assessing the business case and ROI. |
